Appropriate Steps To Shipping Orders

  • Shipping through our KOS INGESTION POINTS – (Lagos, Abuja, Ogun, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti & Oyo)
  1. Merchant receives a new order
  2. Package orders properly to avoid rejection at drop off location. Please note that content will be reconfirmed at drop off location.
  3. Take order to drop off location closest to you our Locations – https://shq.konga.com/site/dropoff
  4. Print out Invoice (mandatory) else payment will not be made for orders after successful delivery.

To print your invoice, do the following:

  1. Click on “Orders”
  2. Click on the new order – http://take.ms/DQXI6
  3. Click on “Print Order Summary” to print out the invoice for your order – http://take.ms/o2khO
  4. Then print http://take.ms/Xup8Y , http://take.ms/RjkNm
  5. Once you are done, proceed to the drop off location and process order for shipment. A waybill MUST be issued. This is your confirmation of shipment.
  6. Once order is processed for shipment and waybill generated, order will be updated as “shipped” on your SHQ account and the order can be tracked on http://track.konga.com/

After Shipping KOS Order:

  1. Email goes out to your account stating that Your Order Has Been Shipped.
  2. KOS confirms delivery of your order on SHQ and you receive an email notification (if delivery is successful)
  3. If Delivery fails, Order is processed for return to merchant (order is returned back to your preferred Pickup Location).
  4. Once returned order arrives at your Pickup location, merchant receives notification via mail & sms saying “Order is ready for pick-up”
  5. You are then required to pick up returned order(s) Within 7 DAYS
  6. Failure to pick up returns from your preferred pick up location will result in orders being returned to KOS warehouse. (Refer to Seller Sanction Policy for further details)

How to set your preferred returns location:

  1. Click on settings – http://take.ms/Jolmv
  2. Click on Delivery – http://take.ms/RmkEu
  3. Select Returns location – http://take.ms/Bf7d8
  4. Search for a location closest to you – http://take.ms/BbXVK
  5. And choose a location – http://take.ms/Ar65q

Note: You can track the location of orders shipped via KOS on https://track.konga.com

  • Self-Fulfil (Delivered by Self OR Third Party Courier Service)
  1. Merchant receives a new order
  2. Mark to Shipped once item has been dropped off with courier service or shipped by yourself – http://take.ms/tZQ5a , http://take.ms/NWMuI , (Where you fail to update your order to shipped, it will be impossible to process your payment )
  3. Merchant updates order to shipped by SELF with details of the courier service used or merchant’s details (where order is shipped personally by merchant) properly filled in the field providedhttp://take.ms/SlC1a
  4. Once order has been delivered, merchant as well as the customer are expected to update status to “DELIVERED” – http://take.ms/iXOGG , http://take.ms/TwVXW .
  5. Kindly note that your order will be automatically updated as delivered after 3 days if customer does not confirm delivery of the order.

Note: Failure to update your order status may result in store suspension.

 

  • Shipping With KOS Outside KOS Ingestion Location (ie From Other States Not Within Lagos, Abuja, Ogun, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti & Oyo)
  1. Merchant receives a new order
  2. Package orders properly to avoid rejection at drop location. Please note that content will be reconfirmed at drop off location.
  3. Print Out Invoice and attach it to the order
  4. Take order to KOS Center closest to you.
  5. Kindly note you will be mandated to pay shipping fee while dropping off order.
  6. Waybill is created at drop off location and a copy will be given to you
  7. Mark to Shipped once item has been dropped off with KOS – http://take.ms/tZQ5a , http://take.ms/NWMuI , (Where you fail to update your order to shipped, it will be impossible to process your payment )
  8. Merchant updates order to shipped by SELF with details of the courier service used properly filled in the field provided – http://take.ms/ahdKN
  9. After order is shipped through courier service, order shows shipped on your account
  10. Once order has been delivered, merchant as well as the customer are expected to update status to “DELIVERED” – http://take.ms/iXOGG , http://take.ms/TwVXW
  11. Kindly note that your order will be automatically updated as delivered after 3 days if customer does not confirm delivery of the order. Customer confirms delivery as shown here: http://take.ms/BUewq , http://take.ms/EALsA

 NOTE:

  1. If you don’t mark as ‘shipped’, order will be cancelled after three days.
  2. Orders that get cancelled because they were not shipped will impact your store negatively which leads to sanctions such as store suspension or closure.
  3. For POD self-fulfil orders, If merchant does not mark as delivered, it auto-delivers after 22days while pre-paid self-fulfil orders if not marked as delivered auto-cancels after 22days.
